A S, t)D J an ti ary 23, 1990, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #90-01- 21: Resolution (}r~ting Final Plat Approval of Trott Brook Ridge; and WI IEREAS, Dean D. Helgeson, developer of Trott Brook Ridge Addition, is requesting the City to accept the donation of 5.93 acres of land in addition to the Park Dedication Rexluircment; W11 ERE AS, the final plat of Trott Brook Ridge Addition has been redrawn to show the addition of 5.93 ;~c~ es of land as a donation to the City of Ramsey. NOW TIIEREI,'(}RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That tl~c Ramsey City Council hereby accepts Dean D.
