I;;Jl E A S, both bids meet the specifications requested and Lehn Electric has the lowest responsible, bid; an(l W[IEi,tE^S, this project was funded in the 1989 budget under Function #1194; General Governmcnl B u ildings, l.abor for Repairs; and W } 1E R E ^ S, th e expenditure was not made in 1989, and the General Fund balance is the flmding sotu'o.; i'(~r dfis 1990 expenditure; and W~.IERE?~S, this budget amendment will increase the City's total 1990 General Fund budget exl~cn~littms in thc amount of $2,775.00; and W~IER E?, S, the budget amendment will increase the City's total 1990 General Fund Revenue: ()d~cr t:;i hanoi ng Sources in the amount of $2,775.00. NOW TI~t,;REFI)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSgY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Th.:~t tt~c ( ;iiy Council hereby authorizes the purchase of electrical work from Lehn Electric in i}m amotmt of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($2,775.00). 2) That thc: }:inance Officer of the City of Ramsey be instructed to enter a 1990 Budget Amcndmc~tt (#3) to the City of Ramsey's financial systems to cause the budget amendment detailed in iris resolution to be reflected in the City's financial records.
