EAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />extension of sat] ita~ y sewer and water for Wood Hill Ponds Addition; and <br /> <br /> W11 i,;iI:EAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful sign:mu'cs; .cfi affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> W1 ll,; RE/~, S, thc City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter a~d Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TII'ERIcl,'IH~tE BE Ir[' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />A (:e~ tai[~ l),~'tition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of sanitary sewer <br />and water for Wood Hill Ponds Addition has been filed with the City Council on March 27, <br />t990. 'Fhc petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected <br />propc4 ty owners. This declaration is made in conformity to Ramsey City Ordinance 210.01 <br />and Mit~m~s;ota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thc 19,.;titic~[~ is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Cot~n¢il i~ a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />thc cost of the project to each affected property owner.
