Com~ci hncn tbcr Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-03-086 <br /> <br />RES()LUTI{}N RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-13 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING <br />OF BISON STREET N.W. SOUTH FROM 171ST AVE N.W. TO THE <br />NORTIIERN B()UNDARY OF TROTT BROOK RIDGE ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvement of b~,tmninous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. south from 171st Ave N.W. to the <br />northern boundary of Trott Brook Ridge Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHE RE^ S, the City Adnfinistrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful signat~]rcs of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WItER EAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter ~m{1 ~viinnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREF{)RE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />A cert~_fi~ petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of bituminous <br />surt'aci~g of Bison Street N.W. south from 171st Ave N.W. to the northern boundary of <br />Trott llro{);r Ridge Addition has been filed with the City Council on March 13, 1990. The <br />peliti(m is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property <br />owners. 'l'tfis declaration is made in conformity to Ramsey City Ordinance 210.01 and <br />Mi n~c::qot :t Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The 9ctiti~m is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />prt:pa;'c a J'easibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council i~ a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />thc, cosl oi the project to each affected property owner.
