Councilmcmbcr Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-03-087 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-13 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BISON STREET N.W. SOUTH FROM 171ST AVENUE N.W. TO THE NORTHERN BOUNI)ARY ()F TROTT BROOK RIDGE ADDITION) W} IEI{E^ S, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey city Council adopted February 13, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., wi~h refereno.; to bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. South from 171st Avenue N.W. to the northm n botmdary of Trott Brook Ridge Addition); and W~_iEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March 27, 1990, which report indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total, assessment per unit (individual property cos0 t:!:;i~mated annual assessment per unit $34,710.00 $ 4,338.75 $ 675.98 NOW TI'tEilEF~)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) Thal thc 14 amsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets in acc~rd:mee with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost et' ~he improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the imp~ ovcment of $34,710.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of April, i900 in thc Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Adh d~dstrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as rcqtli,xx! by law.
