<br /> VVIIEI4E.4S, thc Ramsey City Council accepted the Demonstration Grant from the
<br />Metropoli tan {')c'>tu ~cil for thc Decenn'alized Brush Chipping Demonstration Program.

<br />NOW TII1,;REI, ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF RAMSEV? ANOKA COIJNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />That/!~{; City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official newspaper
<br />ad w:rt i>,cn ~cnt for bids upon the making of such services under such approved plans and
<br />spec il'ic:ttit }n s. The advertisement shall be published for a period of time in accordance with
<br />,'-;talc 5tatu~cs shall specify the work to be done, shall state the bids will be received by the
<br />(;it3,/\dt~itfistrator until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 8, 1990 and then at said office publicly
<br />ot)c;~c(t :m,.t read aloud as soon as practicable in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey
<br />Mtmicip;t] Center by the City Administrator and Project Manager, will then be tabulated,
<br />and will b,: considered by the City Council at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 1990 in the
<br />Cou~uzii C,l'tambers. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of
