NOW TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSt,;Y; ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Tha~ Ibc ~iayor and City Adnfinistrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a rcntat and/or purchase agreement with Heinen and Mason of Osseo, Minnesota in the name ~f Ii~e City of Ramsey for an irrigation sprayer in an amount not to exceed $4,175.00 2) Thai tl~c decision to purchase may be deferred until October 1, 1990 at the discretion of the May~)~-ami City Administrator.
