Council n ~c.m}~cr DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04-I03 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT <br />LIGIITS F(~R RIVLYN AVENUE N.W. WITH <br />#89- I:~,) <br /> <br />AND CALLING FOR A <br />PROJECT #90.18 (STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvcmc:n t of street lights for Rivlyn Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WIiEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct <br />percent~gc of ~awful signatures of affected property owners. <br /> <br /> WIWAIEAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance <br />with the ¢ iity ( '.harter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEliEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follow.,4:: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />A t:t:;~t;, in petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of street <br />lighi, s for Rivlyn Avenue N.W. has been filed with the City Council on April 24, <br />1990. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br />affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the City of <br />l.'.musev Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thc petition is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed <br />to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising <br />th,.; Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />fe:~sibk' and as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner.
