Cotmcilmcmbt~'r l)cLuca intrOquced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04-104 <br /> <br />RES()I,UTI~5)N APPOINTING THE MINNESOTA COMMISSIONER OF <br />TRANSP()RTATION AS AGENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, TO LET, <br />AS ITS AGENT, CONTRACTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LOCAL <br />ROADS AND BRIDGES <br /> <br />NOW TIIEI/'EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY (IF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follow:;: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That p}~rsuant to Section 161.36, Subdivisions 1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the <br />(~'ommissioner of Transportation be appointed as agent of the City of Ramsey to let, <br />as il s a!,~ent, contracts for the construction of local roads and bridges. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />'I'l ~;tt thc Mayor and the City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed for <br />and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into a contract with the Minnesota <br />(5 m ~nissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of such <br />co~tra(:ts in the form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota Department of <br />Tra~spt)rtation Agency Agreement" a copy of which said agreement was before the <br />(Sty C{~uncil, assuming on behalf of the City all of the obligations therein <br /> <br />Thc n~otirm for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councihm;tnb~,r Pearson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thcrco!': <br /> <br />and the f,)llowi~g voted against the same: <br /> <br />and tht: following abstained: <br /> <br />and the fi)!lowi~g were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
