Councilmembe. r Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04-107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE STANHOPE <br />TERRA~ J, ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Marie Skiba, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for <br />plat approval on ~he following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Somheast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ANl) WtHgREAS, on October 20, 1989, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Marie Skiba gor Stanhope Terrace Addition; and <br /> <br /> V~IIt,R},,tS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 9, 1989 <br />and recommended that tt combination of land and cash be used to satisfy park dedication <br />requirement:;~ a ~d <br /> <br /> WIIERI;/~.S, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on November 21, 1989 <br />and approved the sketch plan of Stanhope Terrace and directed the subdivider to proceed to the <br />prelimintuy 91a~. :4~'~ge; and <br /> <br /> Wll ERE/:}~S, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on December 5, 1989, <br />and conducted a public hearing on Stanhope Terrace and recommended preliminary plat approval <br />of Stanhope ']'e:trace; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 19, 1989, and approved the <br />prelimin m y p/at [~c:4~ Stanhope Terrace Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated December <br />5, 1989. <br /> <br />NOW TI[EI~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ~?OUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That t,qe City Council hereby grants final plat approval for the Stanhope Terrace Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for th(: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and upt m vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor [.'~tStnann <br />Cou uc i [rne.~ nber Peterson <br />Cotmcihne~ ~ber Cich <br />Cotmcilmc~n~r DeLuca <br />Councilme~ alx~r Pearson <br /> <br />and the folk)vv-i ,~g, ,, oted agtdnst the same: <br /> <br />No,lc <br /> <br />and the followi~Lg a )stained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
