Councihnemi>cr P~'~terson introduceA the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04-112 <br /> <br />RESOI.UT}ON AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION FOR CERTAIN STREET AND <br />UTILITV EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> WIlERE/~S, the City of Ramsey proposes to acquire right-of-way for Improvement <br />Project #89-13, which project will facilitate the construction of streets, sanitary sewer and <br />watermair~ faciljlie~; generally in: <br /> <br />Rivlyn Av,:mue N.W. <br />Par! of N 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25; <br /> <br />all in Ano!~a ( 7ot:~tiy, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> ANi} WI~EREAS, the improvement consists of the construction of sanitary sewer and <br />watermai~_~ fac iiiti~ s and a new street, all of said improvements in order to provide for the health, <br />welfare and .'-;afl-:fy of the residents of the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WII~;RI,iAS, certain hinds are required to provide perpetual easements for said <br />improvcna:mt cor~sintction; and <br /> <br /> WIIP;REAS, the property owners from whom easements are required have been <br />identified by ~hc.
