REAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted March 27, 1990, a report ha,; been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to Trunk Sanitary Sewer and Watermain for the Wood Pond Hills Additions; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 24, 1990 which report indicates the following: t:.sfimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $1,200,300.00 $ 2,299.43 $ 358.25 $ 591.18 NOW TIlEII:EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That ',:he R amsey City Council will consider the improvements of Trunk Sanitary Sewer and Wmcrmain in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an es! imated lotal cost of the improvement of $1,200,300.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on May 22, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Adn-,inisir,~tor shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
