Councihnembcr Cich introduced tim following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04-114 <br /> <br />RESOLIJ'i'~,ON <br />REPORT TO <br />ADDITION <br /> <br />RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASILBITY <br />EXTEND MUNICIPAL UTILITIES TO WINDEMERE WOODS <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />extension of City water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and streets to the proposed Windemere <br />Woods Subdivision.; and <br /> <br /> WI IEI{EAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful .~;igmttur~_~s of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter m~d Mim~esota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TIII,;REFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Acc. riair, petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of City water, <br />sanitary sewer, storm sewer and streets to the proposed Windemere Woods Subdivision <br />ha:; bt:c~ fi led with the City Council on April 24, 1990. The petition is hereby declared to <br />be signed by the required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made <br />in ctmtk:,m~ity to City of Ramsey Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The petition is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />prep;m: a ;easibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Corn ~c:il i~ a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />thc: co~,;t oI' the project to each affected property owner.
