Councilmcrr~ber DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04-116 <br /> <br />RESOLIJTiON RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT TO EXTEND MUNICIPAL UTILITIES TO CHESTNUT HILLS <br />ADDITIO 5i <br /> <br /> WI[II,;I~EAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />extension city water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and streets to the proposed Chestnut Hills <br />Subdivisitm; a~({ <br /> <br /> WlfI(R}O~.S, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful ~dgnamrc:s of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WIIlqRE:~S, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City <br />Charter arid Miml(:sola Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TIlEit. EFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />A certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of City water, <br />sanitary s¢_wer, storm sewer and streets to the proposed Chestnut Hills Subdivision has <br />be,.m :filed wiIh the City Council on April 24, 1990. The petition is hereby declared to be <br />signed by Ihe required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in <br />confl)~'mi tT>. to City of Ramsey Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />q'hc pctitirm is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />prepare a i~easibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />thc; cost oJ the project to each affected property owner.
