Counci lmcm bet Cich inu'oduccd thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #90-04-118 <br /> <br />RESOIAJT}ON CONFIRMING THE ONE YEAR PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL <br />FOR (,A~ l,l~, Ic(}(,ERS <br /> <br /> WIlERIsAS, G ayle Rogers began employment at the City of Ramsey on April 26, 1989 <br />as Accotu ~tin t; T~x:hnician, in salary grade 2, with a current annual salary of $17,790; and <br /> <br /> W i 11);R E/~, S, as stated in the AFSCME contract, of which Ms. Rogers is a member, each <br />employee who .~;~ ~ccessfully completes probation and receives a satisfactory performance evaluation <br />shall be pla(x;d at not less than the applicable range minimum at the completion of 2,080 hours, <br />exclusive of ovc~ lime; and <br /> <br /> WIIERE;~S, Ms. Rogers completed probation on October 25, 1989 and will complete <br />2,080 hour's on Ai,ril 25, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, Ms. Rogers received a satisfactory performance evaluation from her <br />im reed iatc s u i)c ~i:-;or, I :inance Officer S andra Ashley; and <br /> <br /> WIli~;RI,;;.~S, City Administrator David Hartley is in agreement with the performance <br />appraisal; and <br /> <br /> W IIE REA S, Finance Officer Sandra Ashley recommends that Ms. Rogers' annual salary <br />be increased to SI 9,767, which is consistent with the terms of the AFSCME contract for salary <br />grade 2, cl'fcc~ivc April 26, 1990; and <br /> <br />}~S, the Personnel Committee reviewed the performance appraisal at the <br /> meeting on April 11, 1990. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREF()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSI~;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That thc City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendations of Finance <br />Off'ic:(:r Sandra Ashley and City Administrator David Hartley for Gayle Rogers and <br />instrttcts Kay McAloney, Personnel Coordinator, to prepare the necessary paperwork for <br />chant;c in a:mual salmy to $19,767 effective April 26, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion fi~r thc: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />DeLuca and t~ pon ,'ore being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />arid the foliowing w)ted against the same: <br /> <br />No,lc <br /> <br /> <br />
