NOW TIII~;ttEFI)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thc City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendations of Finance Officer Sa,dra Ashley and City Administrator David Hartley to promote Penny Curtis from salary grad,: 2.5 to salary grade 3 due to an increase in responsibilities, effective March 1, 1990. 2) Thai thc (;ity Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendations of Finance Officer' Sandra Ashley and City Administrator David Hartley for Penny Curtis and instructs Kay McA irmey, Personnel Coordinator, to prepare the necessary paperwork for change in salary t.o $22,642 annually retroactive to January 1, 1990 and to $24,000 annually retroaciive io March 1, 1990.
