Cotmcilmcmbcr 1 ~cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-05-125 <br /> <br />RESOLI[JTIO~~ RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g90-21 (SANITARY AND STORM SEWER, WATER <br />UTILITIES~ AND BITUMINOUS SURFACING FOR THE PROPOSED <br />SUBDIVISI~ON OF WINDEMERE WOODS ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 24, <br />1990, a repor~ has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />with reference to sanitary and storm sewer, water utilities, and bituminous surfacing for the <br />proposed subdi vision of Windemere Woods Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 8, 1990, <br />which repor~ indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated {otal cost of project <br />Estimated lotal assessment per unit <br />Estimated :mnual assessment per unit <br /> 5 year term <br /> <br />$330,850.00 <br />$ 8,786.68 <br /> <br />$ 2,259.05 <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY.~.
