Cotmcilmcmbcr 1 ~cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-05-125 RESOLI[JTIO~~ RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g90-21 (SANITARY AND STORM SEWER, WATER UTILITIES~ AND BITUMINOUS SURFACING FOR THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISI~ON OF WINDEMERE WOODS ADDITION) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 24, 1990, a repor~ has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., with reference to sanitary and storm sewer, water utilities, and bituminous surfacing for the proposed subdi vision of Windemere Woods Addition; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 8, 1990, which repor~ indicates the following: Estimated {otal cost of project Estimated lotal assessment per unit Estimated :mnual assessment per unit 5 year term $330,850.00 $ 8,786.68 $ 2,259.05 NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY.~. ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That Ibc Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of bituminous surfacing of such s~reet in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of :~_he cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $330,850.00. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of June, 1990 in thc Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
