Councilmember DeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-05-126 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g90-02 (SEALCOATIN~q IMPROVEMENT OF ROLLING GREEN ADDITION) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 13th day of February, 1990, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating to Rolling Green Addition (Pmiect ~0-02); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and W tlEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and thy hem lng was held thereon on the 5th day of March, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to t~e heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TItEREF{)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSli;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted the 13th day o¢~ February, 1.990. 2) 'Mr. l't:~cr Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
