Councilmembcr DeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-05-128 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT OF MAGNESIUM STREET N. W.) PLANS #90-04 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 13th day of February, 1990, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sealcoating to Magnesium Street N.W. (l'rojcct g90-04); and W Il ERE AS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; amt W Il E REAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 5th day of March, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TtlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 13th day oi' February, 1990. 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
