Councilmemt~r:r i~eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION //90-05-130 RESOLtJTI(}N ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-08 (OVERLAY IMPROVEMF~NT OF WOODLAWN GREEN ADDITION) WII~I,;REAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 13th day of February, 1990, fixed a date l~or a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of overlay to Woodlawn Green Addition (Pro. itx:t '~q90-08); and WtIEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; anti WHI,RL~XS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and thc hearing was held thereon on the 5th day of March, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to t-~: hcm'd were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TIIEilEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSIgY~ &NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That su<;h improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 13th day o~' February, 1990. 2) Tl'~at M-c. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as th{: engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of :,;uch improvement.
