Councilmembcr DeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-05-132 RESOLIJT!ON ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-15 (WATER, SEWER AND ~;TREET SURFACING OF DOLOMITE STREET N.W.) WIIEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 23rd day of January, 1990, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of sewer, water and street surfacing for l)olcmite Street N.W. (Project #89-15); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WIIEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 13th day of February, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ 4NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That gl!{_;t! improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 23rd day o'C January, 1990. 2) That Mr. l-'eter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as thc ct~gineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the m~ki n g of such improvement.
