CounciJmcml:~cr Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-05-140 <br /> <br />RESOLIJTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-18 (STREET LIGHTS FOR RIVLYN <br />AVENUE N~W.) <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April <br />24, 1990,. a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associams, In(:, with reference to street lights for Rivlyn Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 8, <br />1990 which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> 10 year term <br /> <br />$3,600.00 <br />$ 189.47 <br />$ 29.52 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br /> the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of street lights in <br />ac~ordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />poriion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at <br /> ~',stimated total cost of the improvement of $3,600.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public heating shall be held on such proposed improvement on June 12, <br />199{) in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. <br />and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The mo~ior~ for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councihncmbe; Pearson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor }teimann <br />Co~mcib nember Cich <br />C~)',ncilmember Pearson <br />Cotmcihnember DeLuca <br />Ccmn¢ih nember Peter~n <br /> <br />and the fbllowi~}g voted against the same: <br /> <br />iN()~(: <br /> <br />and the followin g abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
