CounciJmcml:~cr Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-05-140 RESOLIJTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-18 (STREET LIGHTS FOR RIVLYN AVENUE N~W.) WIIEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 24, 1990,. a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associams, In(:, with reference to street lights for Rivlyn Avenue N.W.; and WItEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 8, 1990 which report indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $3,600.00 $ 189.47 $ 29.52 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of street lights in ac~ordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a poriion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at ~',stimated total cost of the improvement of $3,600.00. 2) That a public heating shall be held on such proposed improvement on June 12, 199{) in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
