Counci~nlcm}~;cr Pctcrson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-05-146 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR ANNANDALE CONTRACTING, INC. (PROJECTS #87-27 AND #89-14) WtlEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 24, 199(); and WilEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding thc }~id to Annandale Conlracting, Inc. for the construction of Juniper Woods and Waco Slreet; a.qd WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to Annandale Contracting in the amount of $19,649.46. NOW TtlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:: 1) That thc City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Annandale Contracting, lac. ft~r the construction of Juniper Woods and Waco Street in the amount of $19.649.46. 2) Thai: thc City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release Form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #90-05- 142 ag~l;roving payment of the bills for the month of May, 1990. 4.) 'hat thc City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this rt:golt!tion.
