Councilmcmbcr DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-05-153 RESOL1JTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFIt';ATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 090-14 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER TRUNKS TO SERVICE WOOD POND HILLS, CIIESTNUT HILLS, CEDAR HILLS, WINDEMERE WOODS AND FLEISCHER'S 2ND ADDITIONS) WHERE~S, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 24th day of April, 1990 fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of extension of sanitary sewer and water trunks to service Wood Pond Hills, Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods and Fleischer':; 2mt Additions (Improvement Project g90-14); and WIt EREAS, the City has received petitions signed by 100 percent of affected property owners; and WllEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the h¢~ring was held thereon on the 22nd day of May, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW TtlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) ThRt such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 24/h day o-: April, 1990. 2) Thru Mr. t'eter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as thc engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of '~uch improvement. The motion for th,~z adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Pearson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Rail nann Councilmember DeLuca Counci Imember Pearson Councilme~nber Peterson and the following voted against the same: Noclc and the following a i>stained: No ,lc and the flfliowing ,:,,em absent: None
