Councilmcm!)cr P(:terson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-06-163 <br /> <br />RESOI,UT~ON (;RANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECORDING TIME <br />FRAME FOR rI'ROTT BROOK RIDGE ADDITION <br /> <br /> WIIERI,;:xS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-01-21 granting final plat <br />approval to Trotl Brook Ridge Addition on January 23, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WIIERI~;/~S, Ramsey City Code 170.0310C RECORDING states that failure to file the <br />plat within} 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the <br />plat; and <br /> <br /> WlI $;I{ E?, S, the City received a letter from Dean D.
