Councilmcmber I:~eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-06-167 RESOLUTiION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BAUGH STREET N. W.) PLANS #90-10 wIIr.;REAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 26th day of February, 1990, fixed a date fora Council hearing on the proposed improvement of bituminous surfacing of Baugh Street N. W. (Improvement Project #90-10); and W lfti,;R E AS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; aad WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and thc hearing was held thereon on the 27th day of March, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to 1~-: heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEV~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such ';tnprovement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 26th day oi! February, 1990. 2) That Mr. l'cter Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as thc engine, er for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the m~kit'~g of :.;uch improvement. The motion for '~he adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember DeLuca and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.'
