Councilmember Pcterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-06-170 RES()IAITI[)N APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR BERGMAN COMPANEIS, INC. (SERVICE PROJECT //90-1 PAVEMENT CRACK FILLING) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 8, 1990; ~md WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bergman Companies, Inc. for the improvement of pavement crack filling; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recomm,:nded final payment to Bergman Companies, Inc. in the amount of $13,4 40.00. NOW TIIE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follow:;:. l) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bergman Companies, Inc. for the improvement of pavement crack filling in the amount of $13,440.00. 2) 'ltmt thc City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) ~l'hal the totai amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution g90-06-161 approving payment of the bills for the month of June, 1990. 4) 'l'ha!: the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
