Cot~nci[mcml~¢r Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-06-172 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE <br />GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 4 <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, Donald Greenberg, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly appli~:d for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramscy: <br /> <br />Outlast A, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 3, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND 'WIIEREAS, on May 3, 1990, the City received application and sketch <br />plan f~'om Domfid Greenberg for Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on May 10, <br />1990 and recommended that cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WllE~{EAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 15, <br />1990 and co~;ducted a public hearing on Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4 and <br />recommended preliminary plat approval of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4; and <br /> <br /> WIiEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Gateway North Industrial park Plat 4 as per the City Engineer's review <br />dated May 16, t990. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEItEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY Ol? ~{AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval for the Gateway <br />Nord~ ~ndustrial Park Plat 4 in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion !or the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilm~:mb,:r DeLuca and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />th ereo <br /> <br />Mayor i]eimann <br />Cou nci hnember Peterson <br />(.~on n citmember DeLuca <br />C'~m nc i!member Pearson <br />C~mnci!mcmber Cich <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and thc ~Oll(>wi~g abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
