CotmcJlmcmbcr Del~uca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-06-178 RES(}I,I~.??ION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO SOLID ROCK CORPORATION FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-17 (CENTRAL PARK BAI,I,FIELD BACKSTOP AND FENCING) WIIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 8, 1990; ~nd W I I E R E A S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adop ted Resolution g90-05 - 138 awarding the bid to Solid Rock Corporation for the Central Park Backstop and Fendir~g; ',md WHEIiEAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., recommcnd::d final payment to Solid Rock Corporation in the amount of $11,844.10.
