Councihn~:mbc? I)eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-06-180 RESOI,UTI4.)N APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR ANNANDALE CONTRACTING, INC. FOR IMPROVMENT PROJECTS #87-27 AND 89- 14 (JIJN~[PEIr, WOODS ADDITION AND WACO STREET N.W.) WIlE!tEAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 24, 1990; and WIIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding ~hc b:~d to Annandale Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Juniper Woods and Waco Street; ~u~d W[[EREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, inc. reco~ nmen, ted partial payment to Annandale Contracting in the amount of $40,393.56. NOW TtIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ¢)Ic ~:AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thf: City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Annandale Contracting, h,c. fo~ the construction of Juniper Woods and Waco Street in the amount of $40,393.56. 2) That ti~c City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release 'tbnn for this partial payment. 3) Timt th~,: total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #90-06- 196 ap/:,coving payment of the bills for the month of June, 1990. 4) That ~h,.: City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this rcsoluti~'m. ri'he motio~ f.~r the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councihnembcc Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: M;~yor t,teimann Cou ncihnember DeLuca Councihnember Peterson Core, oil member Cich C. ou nc ihnember Pearson and the fi )l {~)wi~J g voted, against the same: and the followil~g abstained:
