Counc ilmcmhc:r DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-06-181 RES(}i,{ITION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR NORTIIERN RAILROAD CO., FOR IMPROVEMENT (153RD AV};NUE N.W. RAILROAD CROSSING) BURLINGTON PRO JET #88-21 WilEREAS, the City Council of the city of Ramsey approved this project on January 24., 1999; and WIIE[-~EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement with B.N.R.R~ for the construction of the 153rd Avenue N.W. railroad crossing; and WIIEiSrEAS, the City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associate,< Inc. recommended final payment to B.N.R.R. in the amount of $61,299.00. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF gAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) q'har the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to B.N.R.R. for the constrt~ction of the 153rd Avenue N.W. railroad crossing in the amount of $61,299.00. 2) That thc. City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the re;lease form for this final payment. ~) That thc totat amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution g00-06-196 approving payment of bills for the month of June, 1990. 4) That fl~:.: City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this re:sol t~ t i.;)n.
