Counc ilmcmhc:r DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-06-181 <br /> <br />RES(}i,{ITION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR <br />NORTIIERN RAILROAD CO., FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />(153RD AV};NUE N.W. RAILROAD CROSSING) <br /> <br />BURLINGTON <br />PRO JET #88-21 <br /> <br /> WilEREAS, the City Council of the city of Ramsey approved this project on <br />January 24., 1999; and <br /> <br /> WIIE[-~EAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement <br />with B.N.R.R~ for the construction of the 153rd Avenue N.W. railroad crossing; and <br /> <br /> WIIEiSrEAS, the City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associate,< Inc. recommended final payment to B.N.R.R. in the amount of $61,299.00. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF gAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />q'har the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to B.N.R.R. for the <br />constrt~ction of the 153rd Avenue N.W. railroad crossing in the amount of <br />$61,299.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That thc.
