Cou nc ilT-,ac mbc r DeLuca i ntrod uced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-06-182 <br /> <br />RESO[~UT:~ON ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF MARK S. BANWART <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, on June 20, 1990 Mark S. Banwart submitted to David R. Hartley, <br />City Adrninistrator, his resignation from the position of Community Development Director <br />with the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WtIEREAS, the effective date of said resignation is July 20, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WIlE}tEAS, it is Mr. Banwart's intention to receive one month's salary in lieu <br />of accrued and unused vacation and compensatory time. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That C~ty Council hereby accepts the resignation of Mark S.
