Com~cilmt:mber Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-06-191 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL OF PERSONNEL <br />COORD1NATOP, KAY MCALONEY <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, Kay McAloney began employment at the City of Ramsey on May 29, 1989 <br />in the position of' Personnel Coordinator in salary grade 3; and <br /> <br /> WHERE/~S, Ms. McAloney has a current annual salary of $21,100 and has completed <br />2,080 hours on Ju~!e 1, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WIIEI{EAS, a satisfactory performance appraisal was performed by Finance Officer <br />Sandra Ashley, immediate supervisor of Ms. McAloney on June 12, 1990; and <br /> <br /> W !t E R E A S, City Adm in i strator Dav id Hartley has reviewed the performance appraisal <br />and is in agrtx'~men~; and <br /> <br /> WtlEREAS, the recommendation of Ms. Ashley and Mr. Hartley for Ms. McAloney is <br />an increase ia her annual salary to $23,500 effective June 2, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WI IEREAS, the Personnel Committee reviewed the annual performance appraisal of Ms. <br />McAloney al thc Iune 20, 1990 Personnel Committee meeting and is in agreement with the <br />recommendation al' Ms. Ashley and Mr. Hartley. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEIIEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Cily Council of the City of Ramsey conf'mns the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Commitm'e., Finance Officer Sandra Ashley and the City Administrator David Hartley to <br />increase Pc:rsonnel Coordinator Kay McAloney's salary to $23,500 annually, in salary <br />grade 3, effective June 2, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion ~,~r th{: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann <br />Councilme~ nbcr Cich <br />Councihnember Pearson <br />Councihnember DeLuca <br />Com~cihnember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the fol!owin g abst:fined: <br /> <br />and the following ~vere absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
