CouncJlmv, mbc~~ I)eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-06-194 <br /> <br />AUTHORiZATI¢)N FOR ACQUSITION FOR CERTAIN STREET AND <br />UTILVI'Y EASEMENTS <br /> <br /> WlllE[e_EAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to acquire right-of-way for <br />Improvemcm Project #89-15 (Dolomite Street N.W.), which project will facilitate the <br />constructi, m of streets, sanitary sewer and water main facilities generally in: <br /> <br />Part of !.or 4, Block 5, Riverside West in Section 34, Township 32, Range 25; <br /> <br />all in Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the improvement consists of the construction of sanitary sewer and <br />water main facilities and a new street, all of said improvements in order to provide for the <br />health, welf~tre and safety of the residents of the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WIIEI4EAS, certain lands are required to provide temporary easements for said <br />improvemct~t construction. <br /> <br /> WI! EI{EAS, the property owners from whom easements are required have been <br />identified by the City as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />I'arc¢~ Temporary <br />~N_~ [~:[~¢ ~.:Qwner Easement <br /> <br />i. Steven M.
