CouncJlmv, mbc~~ I)eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-06-194 AUTHORiZATI¢)N FOR ACQUSITION FOR CERTAIN STREET AND UTILVI'Y EASEMENTS WlllE[e_EAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to acquire right-of-way for Improvemcm Project #89-15 (Dolomite Street N.W.), which project will facilitate the constructi, m of streets, sanitary sewer and water main facilities generally in: Part of !.or 4, Block 5, Riverside West in Section 34, Township 32, Range 25; all in Anoka County, Minnesota; and WIIEREAS, the improvement consists of the construction of sanitary sewer and water main facilities and a new street, all of said improvements in order to provide for the health, welf~tre and safety of the residents of the City of Ramsey; and WIIEI4EAS, certain lands are required to provide temporary easements for said improvemct~t construction. Blakemore 2,800 SF NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~he Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the City Attorney to proceed to acquire: the temporary easements over said lands in accordance with Minnesota Statute-;. 2) That those lands as described above which cannot be acquired by direct negotiation shall bt:. acquired by eminent domain and the City Council hereby requests the City Attorney to file the necessary petition therefore and to prosecute such action to a s,accessful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the City or The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councihnembcr Pearson and upon vote being taken thereon.
