Cotmc/lm¢:mber DeLuca introduced, the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07-205 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />DAMAiCES TO <br />N.W~ <br /> <br />APPROVING PAYMENT FOR LAND ACQUISITION <br />CERTAIN OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 153RD AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has authorized acquisition of right-of-way for the <br />construclion t}f the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> ~VIIEREAS, the City has retained the services of William A. Schwab as an <br />appraisct'~ and Mr. Schwab has completed his appraisal work and has negotiated <br />settlemc~nts w;,th certain lm~d owners. <br /> <br />NOW TI[1,;IIEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />'Fhat thc City's Finance Officer is directed to issue checks to the following persons <br />it~_ the amounts listed below which amounts are those negotiated by Mr. Schwab, <br />less $50.00 for previous earnest money payment: <br /> <br />t'arcel No. 3 Jeffrey R. Wemer & Sandra L. Kociemba $ 450.00 <br /> <br />Parcel No. 4 John M. & Avis M. Gobernatz <br /> <br />$3,200.00 <br /> <br />Parcel No, 8 Rex A. & Diane M.
