Cotmcilmc~ ~l-~cr DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07-207 <br /> <br />RES()I,IJTiON RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-28 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER /,N!~ WATER FOR CHESTNUT POND ADDITION) <br /> <br /> W~tEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider <br />the exten~io~t ,:~ City water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and streets to the proposed Chestnut <br />Pond Addition; and <br /> <br /> W~tEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct <br />percentago {~1' I:twl ul signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> W)ilEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance <br />with the Cily ¢ ~imr ~_cr and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TIIE~Oi;FORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMS1,;Y~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Tbrm ~ ,:~:~t;fi n petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of City water, <br />sa.qil~ty sc. wer, storm sewer and streets to the proposed Chestnut Pond Addition has <br />bec, n l'ilcd with the City Council on July 24, 1990. The petition is hereby declared to be <br />sigm:~l by !he required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made <br />in c{m~'~n~ity to the City of Ramsey Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter <br />zl. 29~ <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That lh~: i~c'tition is hereby referred to Peter Raafikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />pn:pace a i~;asibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br />to the cost of the project to each affected property owner.
