Councilmc~aber Dc:Luca introduceA the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~/90-07-208 <br /> <br />RES()LIJTi(~N RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-23 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER ^NI~ WATER FOR FLEISCHER'S 2ND ADDITION) <br /> <br /> W:~t EREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />extension o~'(5 (y ',anitary sewer and water for Fleischer's 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> W.~I'EREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct <br />percentage ~t: I;:wl u l signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> W~tEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance <br />with the City (?im~tcr and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TIIE!¢,EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That cc:iai n petition rexluesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of City sanitary <br />se'eec~ a nd water for Fleischer's 2nd Addition has been filed with the City Council on <br />July 24, i':)90. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage <br />of a'{ f,:cicd property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the City of Ramsey <br />Ordi,~ancc g 10.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That th~; p6tition is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />prepatx; a i'easibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br />to the cost of the project to each affected property owner.
