Councilmc-:f) ~t',cr DeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07-211 <br /> <br />RESOiAJI'ION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECORDING TIME <br />FRAME V{~R HAIJSER ADDITION <br /> <br /> W IIEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-03-082 granting final <br />plat ai)pr;)val io Hauser Addition on March 27, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WI IEREAS, Ramsey City Code 170.0310C RECORDING states that failure to <br />file thc 9iai within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in <br />voiding the pi;it; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City received a letter from Jon R. Albinson, developer of <br />Hauser Ad<lition on July 5, 1990 stating that Hauser Addition is predicated on the sale of a <br />parcel for development of a liquor store and there have been time delays in negotiating a <br />devclop~ ~(':~n permit for that facility. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEI;:EF()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITV ¢)F RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follow:~: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br /> thc Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time <br />l)ame for Hauser Addition to November 26, 1990. <br /> <br />Thc ~m~lic, t, for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Coun(:ilmc, v~13~'x Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the lc,l I, )w in g w)ted against the same: <br /> <br />i'4' <br /> <br />and the 'ic;l!~w) ng abstained: <br /> <br />and thc ~olh~wiag were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
