<br />RESOLO'[ION APPROVING ANNUAL INCREASE FOR POLICE CHIEF
<br />MICHAEL AUSPOS
<br />
<br /> Wt~I{;I.~EAS, Michael Auspos began employment at the City of Ramsey on a full-time
<br />basis as Police Chief on January 1, 1979 in a salary grade 6, with some prior time with the City as
<br />Constabk; and
<br />
<br /> WI I E k E/t S, a satisfactory performance appraisal was performed by City Administrator
<br />David Hartley, it immediate supervisor of Mr. Auspos, on June 12, 1990; and
<br />
<br /> WtlEI¢IiiAS, the Personnel Committee accepted the performance appraisal as presented at
<br />the Personnel ('~ot-amittee meeting on June 20, 1990;
<br />
<br /> WH t,;l;~ E/~S, the City Council, at their special meeting on July 10, 1990 and their regular
<br />meeting on ,1~1 ~ 10, 1990, discussed the performance of Michael Auspos; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the request of Mr. Auspos was an increase in his annual salary of 4% to
<br />$45,774 effcci,vc January 1, 1989, and a 4% increase to $47,605 effective January 1, 1990, with
<br />all benefils c~,~:;istcnt with other exempt members of City Staff; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the request of Mr. Auspos to increase his annual
<br />salary to $45,77d effective January 1, 1989 and to $47,605 effective January 1, 1990, and also
<br />approved I.h{: req u,,,st to give benefits consistent with other exempt members of City Staff'.

<br />NOW TIII,:REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF RAMSEV~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:

<br />Thai ~l'~c City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves the request of Police Chief
<br />Micha¢i Auspos to increase his annual salary 4% to $45,774 effective January 1, 1989 and
<br />4% ~(, $47~605 effective January 1, 1990, with all benefits consistent with other exempt
<br />mcn,b('.~'s of City Staff.
