Councilmel ab¢:r DeLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-07-215 RES()LU~I~[ON APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR EXCAVATING OF MORA, INC. (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-13) KADLEC WI IE~;kEAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 22, 1990; and WIIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Kadi¢c ii}×t:avating of Mora, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and st~e~:'~ts i'or Rivlyn Avenue N.W. and Tungsten Street N.W.; and W I['EI,IF, A S, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recomme~ded pat i:ial payment to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. in the amount of $55,305.08. NOW Tiiti~.R.~,;I~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE'~'~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) Thai ~h,.'~ C~ty Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Kadlec Excavating of Mora, Inc. loc ih:~ .~xmstruction of Improvement Project #89-13 in the amount of $55,305.28. 2) Ttlai .~h{: C'~ty Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release fom~ l'c~' ibis pm'rial payment. 3) 'Fha'i: thc I,'.mtl amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #90-07-206 app~ ov!~ng payment of the bills for the month of July, 1990. 4) Tt~.a~ ih, ~ City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
