E I< Ii;AS, City S taft has prepared plans and specifications for the City-Wide Curbside <br />Recycling Program and has presented such plans and specifications to the City Council for <br />approval; m ~d <br /> <br /> WHERE,,kS, the Ramsey City Council has entered into a Joint Powers Agreement for <br />Landfill Ah:m:mc.,nt Activities with Anoka County. <br /> <br />NOW TIlIIa, REFt0RE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That ~uch plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br />hercof, u'c hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thai d~,: City Administrator shall prepare and cause ~'o be inserted in the official paper <br />ad vcrtis:ement for bids upon the making of such services under such approved plans and <br />sp,x:dicafions. The advertisement shall be published for a period of time in accordance with <br />State St:dui.es, shall specify the work to be done, shall state the bids will be received by the <br />City Administrator until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 28, 1990 and then at said office <br />pub!;cly o'~ened and read aloud as soon as practicable in the Council Chambers of the <br />Ramsq¥ Municipal Center by the City Administrator and Project Manager, will then be <br />tabula ted, and will be considered by the City Council at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, <br />1990 in the Council Chambers. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during <br />consirl<x'ation of the bid will be given an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of <br />resp()]~sibiiity.
