Councilmcmbcr I)cLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-07-222 RESOLOT[(}N RECEIVING REPORT AND SEWER ~MP~'.()VEMENT PROJECT #90.15 ADDIT}ON) CALLING HEARING ON STORM (MENKVELD'S COUNTRY PARK WI~EI,tEAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted March 27, 1990, a rep¢,~ has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with referc~ce to ~;torm sewer construction in Menkveld's Country Park Addition in the Rum River Taxing Dis;rJc'l: a.d WIH,;t::E.&S, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 24, 1990, which repo~ tir. dicated the following: Estimated l'otal Cost of Project Estimmed '[_'ax Capacity Increase Rum River Storm Sewer Taxing District $40,300.00 $ 0.23 percent NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Tha~ i:h,: [~amsey City Council wilI consider the proposed improvement of such storm sew~;i i~ accordance with the report and the financing of all or a portion of the cost of the impr()v.3ment pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter and MS No. 444 at an estimated total cost of t he improvement of $40,300.00. 2) Thai a 9ttblic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of Aug,]si, 1990, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and thc Cit,/ Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and iml)rOv~,m~:nt as required by law.
