Co[mcilmcmb{::J Pcterson introduced, the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07-223 <br /> <br />RES()LUT[ON APPROVING PLANS <br />ADVER'F[,qEMli;NT FOR BIDS FOR <br />#90-12 <br /> <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #90-10 AND <br /> <br /> WI[I,;REAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council, the City <br />Engineer has prepared contract documents and specifications for the bituminous street surfacing of <br />Baugh Slrcet N.W. (hnprovement Project #90-10) and the streets in Windsorwood Addition <br />(hnprovemcnt Project #90-12) and has presented such contract documents and specifications to the <br />Council for apt~roval. <br /> <br />NOW THERe;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE't~, .4. NOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Thai stroh contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />made a pa~ t hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thai ,.he City Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and <br />in thc Consm~ction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />imp~x~vement under such approved contract documents and specifications. The <br />adw~rti, scment shall be published for ten (10) days, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />state dmt bids will be received by the City Administrator until 11:00 a.m. on August 7, <br />1990 at wldch time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey <br />Muuici!ml Center by the City Administrator and City Engineer, will then be tabulated and <br />will bc coasidered by the Ramsey City council at 7:30 p.m., August 14, 1990 in the <br />Cou nci! Chambers.
