Councilr~]e'~ ~b.~:r !)¢l~uca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07-227 <br /> <br />RESOLIJ'I'[I)N RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY !)N IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-27 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER /~ND WATER FOR PIN: 25.32-25-31-0003) <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />extensior~ of Ciiy water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer to PIN 25-32-25-31-0003; and <br /> <br /> WI i;~i; RE AS, the City Adminislrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful si gtmtm.'es of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WI! B41.IE AS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter a~ ~(t Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW TIIERi~;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Tha~ a .::eriain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of City water, <br />sanit;try sewer, and storm sewer to PIN 25-32-25-31-0003 has been filed with the City <br />Cotmcil on July 24, 1990. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />pcrccmag~ of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the City <br />of Rarnsey Ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thai: Iltc p~:lition is hereby referred to Peter Raatikka, City Engineer, and he is instructed to <br />p~cpare, a feasibility study for the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Cou re:il, i t~ a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />the ....',os[ of the project to each affected property owner.
