Cotmciln,emb,.:r D(:Luca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-229 RES()LU'['il)N DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-13 SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREETS FOR R~VI,YN AVENUE N.W.) WI~:I,;REAS~ a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the cost of bnl~roving with sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and street improvements for Rivly~ A vc:n ue N.W. and the contract price for such improvements is $104,190.31 and the expenses inc0tmd or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $35,003.24 so that th~; tom! cost of the improvement will be $139,193.55. NOW TIIEREI~?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~.AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Tha~ ih,z portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $0.00 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited prol)Ctt¥ owners is declared to be $122,694.62. 2) Thai ~s:,:s:gmcnts shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of ten years, [itc ~'irst of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and shall bear i~mrc, st at the rate of 8.8 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the as~;c~;:;m('4][ ]'esohltion. 3) Tl:ai ~h~.: Cily Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, nod:fy thc l?.amsey City Council thereof.
