Council mcmhcr t)cLuca introduceA the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-231 RES()L~JTI(~N DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATI~ON OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #87-27 SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN,TRUNK LINE EXTENSION FOR JUNIPER WOODS ADDITION) Wlild~. EAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the Sanitary :~cwc:~', watermain trunk line extensions to the plat of Juniper Woods Addition and the contracl pt'ice for such improvements is $36,155.31 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in thc making of such improvement amount to $12,524.78 so that the total cost of the improvemem will be $48,680.09. NOW THEREIiDRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) 'll~a~ ~h~,. portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is heceb~ declared to be $0.00 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited pmpe~'i:/~,vners is declared to be $48,680.09. 2) Tl~m as:.:cs:-:ments shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of five ye;m; or' tt:n years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and sha~l bear interest at the rate of 8.8 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the a:~sc:-sment resolution. 3) Thai t}~c Ci. ty Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, nofif.7 thc }~amsey City Council thereof.
