Cotmcilmcmbt'r DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-232 RESOIAYfI(IN DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-14 SANtTARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREETS FOR JUNIPER WOODS ADDITION) WI.iI,J.~EAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the saniWry :;cwer, watermain, storm sewer, and street improvements in the plat of Juniper Woods Addiii(m m~d the contract price for such improvements is $187,813.05 and the expenses incurred or ~o be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $59,300.99 so that the total cost of Ibc m~provcment will be $247,114.04. NOW TIlEIiEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) q'i~a~ &,: portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby tle(:lared to be $4,000.00 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against bencfi!cd property owners is declared to be $306,822.04. 2) That ;~s..;cs:-;ments shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of five year:;: the first of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and shall bear ir~tc~'cst at the rate of 8.8 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the a s~';c~;,~;I i){¢ i1': resolution. 3) That lh~; Ctty Adnfinistrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, nod[~, thc I(amsey City Council thereof.
