Cou ncilmc~ a bcr I)eLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-234 RES()I,U'~t'I(i}N DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-15 SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREETS FOR DOIDM1TE STREET N.W.) WHI,;b~I,;AS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the cost of imprt~¥ing with sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and street improvements for Dolomite S tn;el N.W. and the contract price for such improvements is $111,878.87 and the expenses ir~c¢~r,-cd or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $33,563.66 so that th(; t{~';al c:rost of the improvement will be $145,442.53. NOW TI[EREF()RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~A[V~'SEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai ~h,.: p:)rtion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby declared to be $0.00 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited 1)rope~I:? owners is declared to be $75,146.37. 2) That a:-;s¢:s~;ments shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of ten year:~;, l!~c i~irst of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and shall be:u' intcm:~t at the rate of 8.8 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the ~l S ~;P_.,~-; ~; I I' (H 1 'i resolution. 3) Thal lhc~, Cily Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, nOiify the Rmnsey City Council thereof.
