Councilmct~] bcr DcLuca introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-236 RESOLUTI{)N DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARAT~,¢)N OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-02 R(~,I,ING GREEN ADDITION STREET SEALCOATING IMPRO~v'E M ENT) WllER. EAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the sealcoati~g improvements in the plat of Rolling Green Addition and the contract price for such improwm~cnts is $4,781.03 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improv¢:~nt::~t amount to $856.18 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $5,637 NOW Ttt~ttEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I*.tAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thai it:.:; po~'tion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereby ,teclared to be $0.00 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited prol~e~:t !/owners is declared to be $5,637.21. 2) Tt~a~ a.':.:,;t%:-;ments shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of three year:s~ ti~c ?irst of the installments to be payable on or before May 15, 1991 and shall bear irrupt'cst at the rate of 8.5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the as:;c~;sar, c~ resolution. 3) Thai ~h,~ City Administrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, holily ibc Ramsey City Council thereof.
