Councilmct ~i~cr I~ieLuca intrrxtuced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08-238 RES()IJ[J~fl(IN PREPARA'IqON ~)0-03 bIAMSEY DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TERRACE ADDITION STREET SEALCOATING) WHEREAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the sealcoating iml~rovcments in the plat of Ramsey Terrace Addition and the contract price for such improvemen*s is $7,5441.41 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improverr, e~tt ;;~ nrmnt to $1,354.60 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $8,899.01. NOW TllER. EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS1,;Y~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That .~hc, portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is he,'eby declared to be $0.00 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited properL': owners is declared to be $8,899.01. 2) Thai a's:;cs~;tnents shall be in equal annual installments extending over a period of three year,.;, thc first of the installments to be payable one or before May 15, 1991 and shall bear interc:xt :t~ thc rate of 8.5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resol u ~i, m, 3) Th al thc Cky Adminislrator shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the 1-'. ~,.n',scy City Council thereof.
